Debbie had the first appointment for Franny and the doctor had suspicions about how Debs was parenting. Then Debbie has Franny (Her daughter) and she doesn’t have the knowledge or the ability to raise her on her own, but she does not want to accept Fiona’s help as she is determined to do this on her own. The beginning of the season Debbie is pregnant and totally naive. He admits that he is manic-depressive and he knows that he has a problem, thus awarding him his job back.
